The Youth Mentoring Program of In Time of Need, Inc. is geared towards creating a positive outlook in the lives of the youth in every community across America. This program will consist of educational and motivational interaction with positive role models. Young adults (teenagers) in this program will adopt a little brother or sister, this gives teenagers responsibility and creates a positive interaction with the younger individuals of the community. We will ensure that youth in the program has high self-esteem and is very proud of his/herself. Guest speakers will also be invited to come in and enlighten the youth on different aspects of life. We are informative on life issues and serve as a prevention resource for at-risk youth. Substance abuse, youth criminal activity, youth violence, youth pregnancy, and community involvement will all be addressed. >
